Inspections generally take about two to three hours. Your presence at the inspection is strongly encouraged. You will be able to ask questions and obtain information first hand about the condition of the property in order to make a final decision about the home. RoadRunner Inspection Service does not perform WDI/ Termite inspections, however for your convenience we can schedule WDI inspections on your behalf with a reputable professional pest control company that offers a 30 day warranty of their inspections.

The Final Report: Comprehensive Results in Plain English

Your custom comprehensive detailed narrative report will be delivered to you electronically within 24 hrs of the inspection. It will contain an overview of the inspectors observations, specific information on the homes major systems, safety concerns and projected maintenance and repairs.

Home Warranties

A home warranty plan may be provided by the seller or purchased by the buyer of a property. Whether you are buying or selling a home, you can't predict when problems will arise. A warranty plan may give you protection for unexpected repairs or breakdowns in major systems but as with any insurance policy, be sure to read the fine print and find out exactly whats covered and for how long.
