The average home inspection usually takes about two to three hours. During the inspection your inspector will address questions you may have, and will distinguish between items that need to be repaired or replaced, areas that may need routine maintenance, and items that may need immediate attention.

Upon conclusion of the inspection your inspector will conduct an on site walk through with you, where he will explain his findings and projected maintenance and repairs. During the walk through the inspector will answer your questions. Within 24 hours of the inspection, you will receive your comprehensive detailed narrative report with digital photographs of photographable defects the inspector observed during the inspection. If you have questions after reading your report, your RoadRunner Inspection Services inspector is always available for phone consultation.
